Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Elvis cookies

    • bellatavia on June 08, 2025

Very delicious! My cookies came out a bit flat, I wish they were higher, and also it was so hard to know when these were done -- they are VERY gooey! I had to let them cool on the sheet before I could transfer them to the rack.

  • Banana bread

    • imaluckyducky on January 22, 2025

4 stars. This is a good, basic recipe for banana bread. No adjustments needed. The ratios are good, it is not overly sweet, and it doesn't use as much banana as some other recipes. Works well with a 1:1 ratio monkfruit sweetener with sugar. . The only reason why it's not 5 stars I because while I enjoyed it, I'm not compelled to obsessively eat the whole loaf like some other recipes I have found.

  • Challah

    • Tinala523 on January 24, 2022

Makes two huge loaves. Eggy and mildly sweet, everyone loved it. Easy to make, just need time for three rises. Will definitely make again!

  • Chicken pot pie

    • Tinala523 on April 29, 2020

Makes a huge pie! Delicious and filling! I substituted broccoli for the cauliflower. I mixed dough in food processor, it was a bit overmixed; I wouldn't do that next time.
