    Nice basic chili. I used soyrizo as a substitution for chorizo sausage and kept getting the burn error on my pressure cooker. I had to add 3-4 cups of water for it to finally come to pressure. I don't know if my substitution screwed up the recipe, but I did find it odd that besides the little bit of juice from the canned tomatoes, there is no liquid added to this chili.
