Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?
Accompaniments: Chicken pieces with zaatar and sumac (Djaj be zaatar wa sumac); Grilled marinated fish (Samack tawouk); Aubergines filled with minced meat (Sheikh el mehshi); Chicken and aubergine bake (Batingane ma'a djaj); Fish and tomato stew (Yakhnet samack)
