    Made half a recipe. The Za’atar was a good way to jazz up the chops and keep the flavor to their traditional roots. I pan grilled mine on the stove top. I changed up the salad by using crunchy green leaf salad greens instead of romaine and used Italian dressing instead of the yogurt one in the recipe. The addition of kalamata olives and feta cheese squares (not crumbled) produced a more Greek salad look and taste which we really liked. Served the lamb with turmeric couscous and pan grilled zucchini. Worked well as an Easter dinner for two people.
