Must marinate up to 1 hour. Can substitute sour orange juice for regular orange juice and lime juice.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

The sauce is subtle. Based on TrishaCP's comment, I increased the citrus in the marinade; I boiled it to decrease by 50% (to thicken and perhaps increase the flavor). I used naval oranges because of availability, but I think blood oranges would be more flavorful.

The citrus and oregano were nice with the pork chops, but overall this was pretty underwhelming to me.
