Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    This is a great starter to prepare for a dinner party (or in our case: Christmas dinner) because you can prep it all the day before, then just finish it off at the last minute. I'd recommend doing the freeze/slice bit about 1 hour before you want to serve, to give you a clean cut but with time for the salmon to come back to a "lightly chilled" vs "super chilled" temperature.
