Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this for a dinner party where the menu was Ethiopian and I was looking for a starter before dinner. It came out really well to go with that meal. The berbere added was great. It needed a bit more lemon juice than called for and my guests really liked it. It was a nice change. However for my mainstay Hummus I still return to the one in the Zahav cookbook.
