Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a version of cassoulet that is easy to find the ingredients for, so yes, I made it with American ham hocks, American slab bacon, and American sausages (goetta). Judging it as an American version, this was very good. Was it an authentic French cassoulet? Not quite but it is unfair to ask it to be.
