    Easy recipe and perfect polenta.In addition to the butter and parmesan, I added some mascarpone because I happened to have some and it made the polenta really creamy.

    Pretty standard polenta recipe, but the instructions were really easy to follow. It said if you need more water, you can add more. I warmed the water first, and added somewhere between 1 and 2 cups. It turned out really well, and covering was enough to keep it soft until serving, about 1/2 hour.
