Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was really great. I still love the biscuit style cobbler, which is what Mum always made--but we all loved this too. The crispy, cake -like topping is wonderful. I wasn't brave enough to leave the peels on the peaches. Other reviewers on Food 52 said you couldn't tell they were on...maybe next time. I did add some cornstarch a a little peach brandy to the fruit, 1 T of each. It was just about perfect.
