5-spice peach and raspberry salad from Ottolenghi Simple (page 41) by Yotam Ottolenghi

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Made this with plums, yellow cling peaches, raspberries, shallots and baby spinach. It was a hit with people who normally dont like fruit salads. The dressing was the star that elevated it a lot, and I will be making more variations of this.

Made this to go with the Zucchini, Pea, and Basil Soup from the same book, subbing bibb lettuce from my garden for the watercress and radicchio. It was light and delicious. I loved the little bits of raspberry clinging to the fruit and lettuce. Company worthy and easy enough for everyday.

Made with arugula from my garden instead of the watercress and radicchio. The peppery salad was a great accompaniment to the sweetness of the fruit. A great summer salad!

lovely, but next time will try using raspberry vinegar instead of making the dressing with whole raspberries.. it was a bit too chunky for my taste.

Made this without the shallots. It was delicious, cool, and refreshing. Lovely summer salad!
