Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute mushrooms for portobello mushrooms, and banana shallots for shallots.

    This was ok, but wouldn’t necessarily repeat. Could have just used cheaper button mushrooms instead of expensive portobellos. The chestnuts got quite dry and shrunk after roasting.

    2-1-2019 I ended up using a bit more oil than called for to get the ingredients coated before roasting. After roasting, I felt the dish needed more lemon than called for, and more salt. It was a really delicious dish though.
