Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I really like this recipe. I have a gas grill so I preheat, then turn the heat off one side and cook covered on the cool side until it cooks just before temperature. Then I move briefly to hot side to get some good char. Works for me and I love her BBQ sauce with it.

    I used 2 breasts and 4 drumsticks, marinating the chicken overnight. The chicken totally burned on the grill right away even with low heat. The sauce was very good, but the technique did not work for me.
