Can substitute frozen peas for peas, canned diced tomatoes for tomatoes, and white wine for vodka. See recipe for pasta suggestions.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was good, not the best vodka pasta I have had. I did like the addition of the broccoli and peas.

This is a very pleasing mix of textures and flavors--tasty results for not a great deal of effort. I skipped the mascarpone and basil, and added a generous dollop of ricotta to each serving. I've never cooked broccoli this way and now I'm wondering why.

Excellent version of penna alla vodka. Everyone loved the loads of veg in the dish. We used frozen peas and canned diced tomatoes (listed as two suggested substitutes) for the fresh peas and tomatoes. The fresh basil addition was also really great. My only changes to the recipe were minor: I roasted the broccoli in the oven (instead of cooking on the stovetop) and added some chili flakes to finish the dish. Make again dish for sure.
