    I halved the recipe. I used leftover roasted peppers from a jar, and mixed the pepper mix with a stick blender. Next time I would have used the food processor as it became smooth rather than as in the picture. The butterbeans were quite thick, even with a tbs extra water added to the halved mixture. Next time I'd add even more water to get a looser consistency. Served with homemade flatbreads. It was earthy and full of flavour.
