Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Was looking for a cake to use up as many apples as possible, and this one needed 5, so it fit the bill. The recipe says to bake for 25 to 30 minutes, but despite my dark springform pan, the center was still wobbly after 45 minutes, and finally done after an hour. Very cinnamony and excellent while still warm. However, does not keep well.
