Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this for lunch the other day, and found it to be "meh". Not bad, but I think I would prefer traditional hummus. This would be fine for those times you need to whip something up really quick, however. I used TJ's Marinated Grilled Artichoke Halves, but maybe a more traditional jar would be better? I did feel the need to add some lemon juice to bring the flavors in better balance.
