      Made the dressing from this recipe minus the cheese and it is very very good on massaged kale.

  • Marinated artichoke hummus

      I made this for lunch the other day, and found it to be "meh". Not bad, but I think I would prefer traditional hummus. This would be fine for those times you need to whip something up really quick, however. I used TJ's Marinated Grilled Artichoke Halves, but maybe a more traditional jar would be better? I did feel the need to add some lemon juice to bring the flavors in better balance.
