    I really like the combination of ingredients in this salad, and the fact that it can be prepped all in advance would be handy for a BBQ party or similar. The only aspect I wasn't totally 100% sure about was the dressing. I have never used pomegranate molasses before: I had to make my own by boiling down pomegranate juice and I found the taste a little overwhelming. However it's true that once it was tossed through the salad it was less strong. I think next time I'd try it with a bought molasses (since I'm not sure I made mine correctly) or else maybe with a honey/mustard dressing.
