Barnyard breakfast pie from Red Truck Bakery Cookbook: Gold-Standard Recipes from America's Favorite Rural Bakery (page 37) by Brian Noyes

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute store-bought pie crust for the book's "Savory Pie and Quiche Crust"; store-bought biscuits for the book's "Rise and Shine Biscuits"; store-bought pimento cheese for the book's "Aunt Darla’s Smoky Pimento Cheese"; and store-bought pepper jelly for the book's "Rooster’s Pepper Jelly" specified in this recipe.

Made this crustless, with the biscuits scattered in a baking pan and the egg mixture poured over. Also added a bunch of sautéed veggies to the pan before pouring the eggs over. Really delicious and easy to riff on.
