    I modified this to roast in the oven (1 hour at 350 degrees; check doneness with a meat thermometer), because I do not have a grill nor a fire pit. Loved the orange, garlic, dill & parsley sauce with lamb; seems very Scandinavian & a unique sauce for lamb.
