    This little cookies are addictive. They have a lovely crunchy exterior and a softer luscious center. The combination of spices and chocolate pair beautifully. The dough is quite soft and sticky so I found that using a 2 T cookie scoop worked best to help shape them. I dropped each scoop into the sugar mix and then gently rolled them between my palms to make them more evenly round. I found I had to wash my hands and my cookie scoop after forming about 12-18 cookies to help with the stickiness of the dough. I baked them 15 minutes and they were perfect. They keep well too in a sealed container and are just as crispy after several days.
