    I make this all the time. Easy and delicious.

    The flavour was nice but the method left you with wet spinach (which we don't care for) and soggy breadcrumbs. I would make this again with a dusting of flour on the chicken instead of a bread crumb coating and spinach cooked in a separate pan.
