    This was fine. I was able to marinate the chicken for a few hours but I actually think that for this one I would have preferred cubes of chicken breast over thighs. I am unlikely to repeat this one are there are lots of other versions of souvlaki on my bookshelf.

    Quick and very tasty. Cooking the marinade with the chicken and onions ensured that none of the flavour was left behind.
