    Simply flavoured comfort food. I'd never had this type of patty with cabbage in it and I think it prevented the lean meat mixture from drying out. I used green cabbage that I thought wouldn't soften much during the short baking time so I sauteed it first until it wilted. There was still a little crunch to it in the patties but it wasn't tough. Family enjoyed the meal.
