Garlic-Dijon roasted pork tenderloin with potatoes and green beans from Skinnytaste One & Done: 140 No-Fuss Dinners for Your Instant Pot®, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Sheet Pan, Skillet, Dutch Oven, and More (page 98) by Gina Homolka and Heather K. Jones

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Good, but green beans are almost burnt. Suggest waiting to add green beans till last 20 minutes of cooking time

This was a good version of pork tenderloin made this time with broccoli florets (added for the last 15 minutes or so) in place green beans. The tenderloin was cooked in the time frame given and the potatoes & broccoli were delicious - garlic, lemon, rosemary & Dijon are a classic combo for a reason! This is certainly worth a repeat.

This had great flavour and the timing worked well, though I forgot to add the beans to the potatoes at the start so they went into the oven 15 minutes later. I had 2 tenderloins, 600g each, and used 750g potatoes and 500g beans so I increased the seasoning accordingly and divided the ingredients over 2 baking sheets. Roasting time was 50 minutes, 20 for the pork.
