    Use the second half of the cauliflower in garlic cauliflower potato mash.

    I didn't quite get the cheeseburger connection but this was a tasty soup. I omitted the flour at the start with a plan to add it at the end if it was needed but it wasn't as the pureed cauliflower did its job of thickening the soup (without anyone knowing it was there!). The vegetables were very nicely cooked but the turkey was a little chewy, but I suppose that's to be expected with extra-lean. I also used 454g/1 lb turkey.

    This soup turned out really well. I used 1 lb turkey rather than half a pound.
