Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This could be better a little spicier and with more gnocchi but otherwise very good!

I've made lots of "all day" Bolognese sauces that are delicious but this quick version was also really good. I used a mix of grd beef + mild Italian sausage and Ali Slagel's "good sauce from so-so tomatoes" which is a GREAT oven roasted tomato sauce to keep on hand. I used the stove top method (given as an alternative to the pressure cooker), skipped the final dollops of ricotta this time & we both loved this rich, saucy bowl.

This was delicious. We topped ours with cottage cheese instead of Ricotta since we like cottage cheese better. I used some of my fresh basil from my kitchen window for topping. Quick and easy in the instant pot.
