    Fast and easy, made with typical pantry items. Omitted some ingredients I didn’t have. Tastes great anyway. It renders more than 6 portions for me. I’m freezing half of it. Will make again especially to have ready for weekday lunches.

    I omitted the red bell pepper since son doesn't enjoy them. This was an Ok version of Goulash but I've had some I've enjoyed more. I did like that it was made quickly in the Instant Pot. I added some black pepper to mine to add a little more flavor.
