    Used orzo in place of the acini di pepe pasta. This was a good, if somewhat boring, soup. I think it would benefit from some added herbs/spices or something...just a little bland for my tastes. I used a can of crushed tomatoes instead of the specified diced tomatoes and I think it would be better with diced. The crushed tomatoes gave the soup a tomato sauce like texture.

    Good but I forgot to add the Pecorino Romano cheese which I'll do when I reheat leftovers. I also think I added too much orzo.
