    A hit. I covered sheet pan with foil,oil sprayed it laid my nuggets and oil sprayed top. They came out crisp and I didn't have to turn them after 10 minutes.

    This book is why we finally researched and bought an air fryer! This recipe resulted in juicy bites of chicken surrounded by the flavourful crunch we wanted. Frank's Redhot beaten into the egg gave them a lovely hit of heat and they were delicious with a simple blue cheese dip and a side of coleslaw. A definite repeat.

    These were a huge hit. The coating was crisp and flavourful and the chicken was moist. I followed the oven roasting instructions.
