    My family liked this alot. Involves a lot of chopping, so not a quick dinner to throw together, but will be repeated.

    This was delicious! I used approx. half of a large can of Italian plum tomatoes and added just enough stock to bring the liquid to 750ml/3 cups so my version was a little more tomatoey. To compensate for the missing chiles, I included a minced jalapeno with the vegetables. I also added some steamed broccoli at the end. The pasta and chicken were perfectly cooked and family really enjoyed it so it will be repeated.
