Kielbasa and cabbage from Skinnytaste One & Done: 140 No-Fuss Dinners for Your Instant Pot®, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Sheet Pan, Skillet, Dutch Oven, and More (page 227) by Gina Homolka and Heather K. Jones

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

good meal, my husband who doesn't even like cabbage had seconds. you do need to add extra kielbasa and I think it tastes much better if you let some of the cabbage char a bit when sautéing.

This was quite good for so little time and effort and family enjoyed it, a surprise since I'm usually on my own in eating Polish braised or oven roasted cabbage dishes I make. My husband did think it needed more kielbasa to be considered a main and I thought that with less meat, it would make a good side dish. I added extra vinegar to taste.
