    A fridge clean out netted me 2 cups of broccoli florets needing a "home" so I decided to try a new version of broccoli soup. I like this version with the additions of carrots, potatoes and celery but full disclosure means admitting using 2% milk, regular cheese and I certainly puréed mine more throughly than the one in the picture. It is good and was simple to 1/2 and I will probably make it again ....but I'm not sure it's better than my 2 favorite versions (one of which is certainly far richer than this one).
