    Fabulous lunch. I didn't make the quick pickled beetroot but rather served it with some Eaten alive smokey pink kraut. Delicious. Tart's recipes are excellent but tend to be a lot of different ingredients - not a problem if you plan to eat it for a week of lunches. Looking forward to lunch tomorrow!
