    Tasty and makes a lot - I have leftovers for the next few days. I only used 6 eggs as that filled my baking dish without overlap. Also, since I didn't make the casserole ahead of time/chill it overnight, I cut the cooktime down to 20 minutes before adding the eggs so that it wouldn't dry out/overcooked. That worked out perfectly.
