Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Pretty tasty but not my all time favourite. I skipped the mozzarella which might have added a lot of gooey-ness but there wasn't enough sauce for me. The combination of flavours were good though. I added a few handfuls of peas and they went well with the pancetta.

    Absolutely delicious! Loved the additions of thyme and bacon.
