Tartines: Za'atar chicken and Turkish salad with harissa walnut butter and cumin-cilantro yogurt sauce from Paris Picnic Club: More Than 100 Recipes to Savor and Share (page 92) by Shaheen Peerbhai and Jennie Levitt

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Okay this was fantastic. The za’atar chicken alone was sooo delicious, and the method of roasting starting in a cold oven was so easy and fuss free. The rest of the components as a composed tartine were also very good, though it was a fair amount of work to make all the elements. Worth it! But maybe not for lunch for two people :)
