Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    An unusual salad I probably never would have thought of making if it hadn't come up based on my ingredient search. The roasted zucchini blended surprisingly well with the apples and oranges, with the light honey and mint dressing. Great with a hearty meat dish when you want something refreshing on the side.
