    Can substitute flatbread for pitta bread.

    I used thigh fillets instead of breasts, cooked both the chicken and the onions and peppers on a charcoal barbecue, and served with homemade hummus and a drizzle of pomegranate molasses instead of the yoghurt sauce. Really nice - but really needed the extra fat from the thighs. I think breast could be quite dry.
