Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A good enough recipe - but would garner a better result if making your own gelato. The cupeta was good and now gives me ideas on how to use it in other sweet dishes - but the soaked savoiardi biscuits just resulted in ice crystals in my spumone. Don't know how to get around this? Nonetheless, this affords me greater respect for Ben and Jerry's with their cake add-ins!
