    Very good. I used cold-smoked salmon as that's what I had, which had the same texture as hot-smoked salmon once heated.

    Really terrific recipe. Directions for stovetop and InstantPot are included so I used mine. The honey smoked salmon from Costco was perfect in this. I used 2% milk because that’s what I had and it was still quite rich. Cooking the cauliflower in a large piece is important because it’s removed and puréed wi some of the broth so it makes the chowder nice and thick. Genius technique! Will definitely make again.
