Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Not a kale lover, I found this smoothie recipe a great way to eat it. I used regular curly kale as that’s what I had in the refrigerator. The kale was mostly disguised by the banana and vanilla flavors. I had plain almond milk so added 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. I also cut the honey in half and it still tasted good to me. This smoothie motivates me to keep kale on hand.
