Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute sweet potatoes or aubergines for extra-firm tofu, and sunflower oil for vegetable oil.

    I didn't make the sauce (had some from shop) but used this method for breading tofu without eggs. Kids loved it, we'll have to do it again! I did with a simple veg side of peppers and mushrooms but would also be nice with salad as suggested.
