      Very flavourful. Used turkey instead of ham because that's what we had. Baking took about 50 min, leeks weren't tender at 30

      I didn't make the sauce (had some from shop) but used this method for breading tofu without eggs. Kids loved it, we'll have to do it again! I did with a simple veg side of peppers and mushrooms but would also be nice with salad as suggested.
