    These are simple to prepare and very good. I only used 1/2 of a seeded green chili and 1/2 the chili powder so kids could eat it. Adults slathered the potatoes with Brooklyn Delhi's tomato achar, one of my favorite condiments, and it was brilliant with these potatoes.
