    Much tastier than the sum of its parts! Added a little extra seasoning.

    This was a nice, healthy weeknight side, also an easy one to throw together especially considering I bought pre-shredded cabbage. However, I think I prefer having the carrot grated too, and a higher ratio of carrot to cabbage than was in this recipe.
