    I think my favourite things about this recipe were the two side dishes: the refried beans and the avocado cream were both things I'd repeat. The vegetables themselves were nice with the chipotle, but I think I'm just not a huge fan of squash - personal preference - so next time I'd probably sub that out for something else. One thing: I halved the quantities for the refried beans recipe to only use one tin of black beans, and I think the resulting quantity was absolutely fine for 8 tacos.
