Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute dark brown sugar for muscovado sugar.

    Definitely makes a lot more than 4 portions. I liked this but I would try another recipe before making it again. I'm not sure you really need 2 different types of rice. Also I The amount of Cocoa powder was a bit excessive and required you to use more sugar than would have otherwise been necessary.
