Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    As the previous reviewer said, the meatballs were a bit dense without any breadcrumbs but the addition of cheese was tasty. The sauce needed a little help. It was too thick and needed a longer cooking time because of my not so finely chopped carrots. I added a bit of red wine and some pasta water to loosen the sauce. I served this with some spaghetti noodles. Overall, this was a relatively easy, quick dinner recipe.
